I began sending emails to the Wild West Domains Reseller in December 2009 to Remind Him that I had domains due for renewal in January 2010.
I spent some 20 days sending emails to Wild West Domains and finally got a human reply only when the ICANN Rep contacted Wild West Domains on my behalf.
I had also placed Fully Paid for Transfer Requests through Go Daddy.com
On receipt of an apology and the news that the domains had gone into redemption I also made $800.00 available to the Wild West Domains Reseller to redeem the domains He Had Dropped.
The Go Daddy Group claim the domains had expired but still charged the redemption fees for
www.ecosolarheat.net and
www.ecosolarheating.net even though they had been registered at the same time as the .com domains.
I have made the funds available for the Renewal, Transfer and Redemption of the domains at each stage of the process.
The Go Daddy Group and ICANN know all the above and more as they have the emails.
The Go Daddy Group appear to have forgotten that they use Auto Reply to all emails they receive, even the ones they do not "really" reply to.
They have Lied during the above process and continue to do so perhaps they think I will go away?
I presume you work for or are affiliated with the Go Daddy Group?
If I am correct in my presumption perhaps you may wish to remind management when in a hole they should stop digging !
That said I fully agree with you, everyone should renew their domains on time regardless of who their Registrar is, however if they really wish to keep ther domains Avoid The Go Daddy Group and affiliates.
